Zlatan To Utd

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is reportedly days away from Signing for Manchester United on a Free transfer which would see the sweed sign for one year for the Red Devils with rumours of retirement following the spell. When questioned on the move however, Ibra remained quiet, only saying "who knows" through a huge grin.

Swansea Confirm Takeover

The American takeover of Swansea City worth around £100m has been completed, subject to Premier League approval.

Jason Levien and Steve Kaplan lead a consortium which has bought a controlling stake of 60% in the club.

They must now pass the Premier League's test for prospective owners for the takeover to be officially approved.

A statement said. "Both see the takeover of Swansea City as an exciting opportunity for long-term growth in the club in every area."

Vardy To Arsenal 

Leicester City Hero Jamie Vardy is linked with a move to Arsenal, with the possibility of the move happening before the Euro's on Friday. The move would see Vardy's £20m buy-out clause being used. Arsenal Striker, Olivier Giroud, is confident of the move telling 123 "He wants to come to us"

Northern.Ireland Injury Fears 

Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill says the knocks picked up by Craig Cathcart and Kyle Lafferty in Saturday's draw in Slovakia will not threaten their Euro 2016 participation.

The duo were replaced after some tough challenges by the home side and Aaron Hughes won his 100th Northern Ireland cap as he came on for Cathcart in the 30th minute.

Schweinstiger to leave

The World Cup winner joined the Red Devils in a £6.7m deal from Bayern Munich last year after 13 decorated seasons at the Bundesliga champions.

Schweinsteiger has endured an injury-hit first season at Old Trafford and the 31-year-old has failed to replicate his impressive Bayern performances at the 20-time English champions.

According to the Daily Star, Schweinsteiger’s representatives have been in talks with the Turkish club over a potential transfer at the end of the season.

Young Lions Suceed in Toulon 

Jamie Redknapp, Sol Campbell and Robbie Fowler were among those who featured the last time England won the competition in 1994, but on Sunday Gareth Southgate's side ended the long wait to secure a fifth title since the youth tournament began 44 years ago.

Lewis Baker, who finished as the tournament's top scorer with four goals, and Ruben Loftus-Cheek fired England into a two-goal lead at half-time, before Abdou Diallo struck back late for France, but it wasn't enough as the Young Lions held on for victory.
